tok is a medical regulating device for individuals affected with dementia, to keep on track the medication history along with the response of the body by regulating the chemical balance in the blood using Medical infrared rays.

The device is worn on the chest each day of the week, linked to an App which helps the doctors understand the progress and avoid unnecessary/overdosage of medication

Designed keeping in mind the sleek factor necessary as it is worn over the skin, and the bulged portions make it easy to hold for an elderly.

- Helps carers to get clarity and grow in their new role, by reading what is happening inside the body.

- Doctor/family can see the progress on a daily basis. Can share the progress even when not being able to visit the doctor and get prescriptions.

Check the vitals on the app even when the carers are away.

An app which works along with the device to display and save the daily reading vitals of the patient. The features are straight forward and easy to understand, thus making it friendly for the affected to access and read their vitals on their own.

-The data cannot be altered by any user, thus the progress can be recorded without any hindrance.

- Display report from 1 doctor visit to another for easy recognition of growth. Option to delete data after 6 months/1 year

- Gives a daily progress report.
